The fully air-conditioned accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground Floor
Spacious open plan living /dining area with TV complete with Amazon fire-stick enabling access to a wide range of English TV channels . This area leads out onto the pool terrace and outdoor dining area.
Well-equipped modern kitchen and quality appliances including dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine. Safe drinking water is provided “ on tap” from recently installed filtered drinking water filter system , in addition to the 19 litre water cooler provided .
A downstairs WC /cloakroom is housed on this level.
Wi-Fi internet access is provided.
First Floor
Two bedrooms- one king sized bedroom , plus one spacious twin bedroom, both with own en-suite shower facilities and sea-view furnished balconies.
Second Floor
Huge master bed-room , with Emperor- sized bed , this bedroom occupies the whole second floor . En-suite large rainfall shower room with heated towel rail and spacious L-shaped furnished balcony with sea-views.
Top Floor
One king - sized bedroom which occupies the whole floor and very spacious en-suite shower room . The stunning roof terrace is accessed from this bedroom which comprises of a corner seating rattan suite comfortably accommodating 8 guests around beneath a shaded pergola, providing guests with panoramic views of Kalkan Bay. In addition an outdoor dining area and kitchenette complete with kettle, toaster and outdoor fridge enables breakfast to be taken al fresco with stunning sea views .
Outside
Steps lead down from the gated entrance, backed by a lovely Olive Grove, to a tree lined outside space with stunning turkish -stone shaded seating area , enclosed beneath a rustic pergola . An al-fresco shaded dining area seats 8 beneath a sail-type canopy and a stone BBQ provides ample opportunity for barbecue evenings with family and friends. Villa Amethyst has a stunning fresh-water pool accessed by graduated steps leading into the pool, depth being 1.3 m and at the far end of the pool being 1.5 m . The spacious pool terrace has 8 comfy sunbeds and ample parasols for guest use. Gated stairs lead down to the Villa's own private garage for private car-parking.
